ARTIFICE the film

A Delirium Productions Film

Scouting Locations

The script is written, the cast is set, and the team is assembled.

This is an exciting time for Delirium. Our production of Anthony Neilson’s ‘Stitching’ will be debuting at the Tron Theatre in Glasgow on April 9th. The show will subsequently travel to London the second week of May for a short run. And hopefully in early summer, it will hit Dublin. In the midst of this tour, we will be shooting our short film, Artifice, with a release time tentatively scheduled for June/July ’13.

Principal Photography will begin in Glasgow and will venture up to the Highlands, where we will capture expansive natural scenery to bring viewers into some of the most breathtaking spots that Scotland has to offer. As of now, we are looking at Oban, Loch Morar for a large bulk of the shots. This portion of the world is the perfect location to capture the serenity of nature. It is a quintessential Highland location.

The city shots are yet to be determined, but will likely take place at one of the large Shopping Centres in and/or around the Glasgow area. This will be nailed down in the next week or so.

Here is the Bothy at Loch Morar; a prime example of the Highland scenery where Artifice will be shot:
